SCSC welcomes papers, panels, and poster presentations on any topic relevant to “Early Modern Digital Humanities.” Digital projects might include interpretive scholarly papers, discussions of electronic editions of sources, digital pedagogy, digital analytic methods, etc. In the past, methods-driven papers have included work using social network, spatial and computational text analysis. We will also hold an informal social hour for anyone interested in conversation and/or potential collaboration.
Poster Session: Digital Projects Showcase. The Digital Projects Showcase provides an opportunity for early modern scholars to share and promote digital humanities projects that enrich either research or teaching of the early modern era. This format is best suited for informal and interactive rather than thesis-driven presentations.

You may also email Suzanne Sutherland (Suzanne.Sutherland@mtsu.edu), the SCSC Digital Humanities track director, for help in fitting a stand-alone paper proposal into a panel.
